Position Summary:
Haxtun Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Medical Officer to lead our medical team, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and alignment with the organization s strategic goals. This role is pivotal in overseeing all clinic physicians and mid-level providers, as well as hospitalists and mid-level providers in the ER and inpatient departments. The COS will work closely with executive leadership to drive patient outcomes while maintaining financial stewardship and fostering a collaborative, team-based culture.
