Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Locum Family Medicine MD/DO needed in Klamath Falls, OR
IHS Facility - MUST have OR license.
Family Medicine/Primary Care
Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
Start: As soon as credentialed
LOA: 3-6 month contracts
Schedule: M-F 7:30A - 4P - No Flex, No 4 10hr days - Provider is given 30mins - 1hr for admin/chart work daily
Patient Volume: 10-15 ppd
Procedures:

Family Medicine - Must see all ages.

A LOT of Acute & Chronic Care patients.

Must be able to perform minor procedures: Joint Injections, Nexplanon Insertion, Biopsies, Minor Laceration Repairs.

EMR: Must have Nextgen Exp
License: OR LICENSE
Certifications: BC or truly BE, BLS, DEA
