365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician for a full-time permanent outpatient opportunity in Stillwater, New York.

Position Snapshot- Base Salary: $250,000 $260,000 + productivity incentives
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000 (paid first paycheck)
- Retention Bonus: $25,000 (Year 2)
- Schedule: 4- or 5-day work week
- Hours: 40 hours/week
