A community-based health center is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative care team providing full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages, including underserved and vulnerable populations. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care, including preventive and chronic disease management, to patients across the lifespan.

Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including outpatient management of HIV and other infectious diseases.

Participate in after-hours telephone triage coverage on a rotating basis.

Admit patients to affiliated hospitals when necessary and manage care as an attending physician.
