Non-profit health system in a warm, welcoming East Texas community is seeking 3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians in the Texarkana, Longview, and Tyler areas (just 2 hours from Dallas and Little Rock). Words can t describe how wonderful these people are!

Compensation and Benefits:
 Income guarantee, $260k - $265k / year starting base. then $300,000 - $350,000 / year after year 1. Large catchment for 400,000 people
$50,000 - $75,000 SIGN ON with 3 year commitment 
$24k/yr residency stiped
100% paid Malpractice and tail
Retirement funding with % match
Medical-health, Dental- and Vision 100% paid
Over 1 month off per year, paid!


Job/Practice Description:  
 8 IM/FMs and 7 APPs
Schedule M-F 8:00am-5:00pm - flex schedule, 4.5 days in clinic
100% Outpatient
