Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Two hospital-owned well-established Primary Care group are looking to add Family Medicine Physicians to their group.

The practice is located between New Haven and Hartford and the group is 100% outpatient with 4 weeks per year of phone call. They are looking for FTE which usually ends up being 4.5 days in the office and 90% are patient-facing hrs. New hires will have their patient panel from day 1 and are expected to collaborate with colleagues, mentor new providers, and hit the ground running . This group focuses on quality patient care in a warm, supportive, and collaborative setting and they are very attuned to creating a well-balanced work-life balance for their providers. The physician will work out of 1 office only and work collaboratively with the other primary care providers.
