Job Description

                    San Jose, California, Family Nurse Practitioner Job Clinical Role:  Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! 
 Permanent position 
 Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family nurse practitioner 
 Must have 2+ years' post training experience 
 Reason for need: growth 
 Ability to work 2-5 days per week - dependent upon your availability 
 FQHC Setting 
 Outpatient only 
 Rotating phone call 
 Many of their patients speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Vietnamese 
 Bilingual is not required - however, they want providers who are okay working with an interpreter 
 Monday-Friday, 830a-5p 
 You'd work a 10a-7p Thursday shift once every 7-8 weeks 
 See 15-20 patients per day 
 EMR: EPIC
