Job Description

                    18-21 PPD
All ages
Float locations only between West clinic and Express Care
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required
IUD insertion and or suboxone injection experience is a plus, not required
40 Hours per week as needed. (4x10 or 5x8 M-F)
Medical Director Dr. Mendez will oversee the Locum
EMR: EPIC
Experience in prior Community Health settings is Highly desired.
Bread and Butter Community Health cases
Highly prefer local candidates, as this assignment may extend longer.
Open to Travel and lodging for the right candidate.
