Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

A hospital-owned, well-established Primary Care group of 6 providers in Middlesex County CT wants to add an APP (APRN, NP or PA - EXPERIENCED ONLY) to their group. Their practice is located between New Haven and Hartford. The group is 100% outpatient with 3 weekends per year of phone call for additional pay. They are looking for FTE which usually ends up being 4.5 days in the office and 90% are patient-facing hrs. New hires will have his or her patient panel from day 1 and is expected to collaborate with colleagues, mentor new providers, and hit the ground running . The group averages 20-25 patients per provider daily. This group focuses on quality patient care in a warm, supportive, and collaborative setting and they are very attuned to creating a well-balanced work-life balance for their providers.
