Family Practitioner/General Practitioner

Role and Facility Information
The Family Practitioner will work out of this medical clinic and provide general primary care to Cortes Island residents. Work will provide longitudinal attachment and culturally safe access to care. FP will provide the year-over-year increase to targeted attachment goals.
Direct and indirect patient care will support consultations, examinations, urgent medical access, same day access, addictions medicine, medical procedures, primary reproductive care, chronic disease management, on-going monitoring and follow up care, and other duties.

Recruitment Incentive: $20,000 (full-time)
Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
Fee Premium: 16.07%
