The Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) offers full‑time, part‑time, and locum opportunities. Our UPCC opened in the Newton neighbourhood of Surrey, BC in May 2020 and operates in a team‑based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, clinical counsellors, allied health professionals and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a full and active member in the delivery of team‑based primary‑care services through the clinic as part of a longitudinal care team.
• Function as an essential member of the clinical care team and manage a panel of patients.
• Provide patient‑centred and trauma‑informed care, serving the vulnerable and medically complex in the area.
