About the Role
As a Family Service Advisor, you’ll guide families through burial and cremation options with empathy and professionalism. You’ll manage appointments, host park tours, present plots and services, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process. All leads are provided—so your focus is on building meaningful relationships with families and fostering connections within the local community .

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Receive and follow up on leads, book appointments, and conduct park tours

• Present burial and cremation sites, plaques, and memorial options with sensitivity
