Family Services Consultant

Position: Military & Family Readiness Center (MFRC) Family Services Consultant Location: RAF Croughton, United Kingdom (with travel to RAF Fairford and RAF Welford at least once per month) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (one-hour lunch break).

Key Responsibilities Administer and coordinate MFRC programs in line with DAFI 36-3009, including relocation, employment assistance, volunteer resources, personal/work life, and deployment support events.

Plan, coordinate, and deliver classes, workshops, and special events that promote readiness and resilience.

Disseminate information on MFRC services and local resources; maintain the Plan My Move database.

Attend Community Action Team/Board meetings, providing insight on trends and family service needs.

Maintain accurate records in the AFFIRST database and provide required reporting.
