The Role:

• Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including:
  • Care proceedings and PLO matters
  • Private children cases
  • Domestic abuse matters (including non-molestation and occupation orders)
  • Divorce and financial matters
  • Cohabitation and disputes involving unmarried couples
