An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Family Solicitor to join one of the leading law firms in Cornwall and Devon, due to a significant influx of work. This growing firm is seeking a Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join their highly regarded Family Department. The role will primarily focus on private and public law children work, with the opportunity to gain experience across the full spectrum of family law services. 
Key Responsibilities:
Main focus on private and public law children matters, including care proceedings, child arrangements, and child protection.
Manage a diverse caseload, including more complex family law cases, and handle routine casework.
