In this leadership position, you will oversee and coordinate community based support services, including Home and Community Based Waiver Services and Family Support Services, while guiding and mentoring a dedicated team of Family Support Coordinators. This role combines leadership, collaboration, and direct family support to ensure high quality, person centered services that empower individuals and strengthen community inclusion.
