3 months contract with a Local Authority Job Title: Childrens Family Support Worker Location: Croxteth Childrens Centre / Parkstyle Lane, Liverpool, Merseyside, L11 0BQ Job Purpose To provide high-quality support to vulnerable children and their families within the Short Breaks Service. The role focuses on assessing needs, coordinating support, and improving outcomes, particularly for children with additional needs or disabilities. The post holder will ensure families receive appropriate respite and tailored interventions that promote wellbeing, stability, and positive development. Key Responsibilities Assessment & Casework Undertake Short Breaks assessments and Carers Needs assessments in line with statutory frameworks. Complete reviews of short break packages to ensure services remain effective and appropriate. Manage and process requests for care and support services.
