Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Indigenous Early Years, the Family Violence Intervention Program Coordinator (FVIPC) supports the IEY team at Vancouver Aboriginal Health Society (VAHS).
The FVIPC plans and facilitates a structured six-week program at the Phil Bouvier Family Centre. This program is co‑facilitated with an Elder and is grounded in Indigenous knowledge, teachings, and lived experiences. Referrals are received from individuals accessing the Family Violence Intervention Program (FVIP), as well as from the Ministry and other government partners.
