Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Farm Admin based in Isinya. The Admin will be responsible for overseeing farm operations and handling day-to-day accounts functions.

Key tasks include:

·      Oversee, supervise and manage farm operations

·      Lead and manage cross functional teams

·      Act as the point of contact for the farm

·      Facilitate regular cross-departmental meetings to discuss operational updates, and address challenges

·      Collaborate closely with senior management to translate goals into actionable farm-level plans

·      Reconciliation of general ledger accounts

·      Ensure timely processing of accounting reports and sharing with relevant parties as required and when required
