WE'RE HIRING: FARM AGRICULTURIST / AGRONOMIST
Location: Barangay Diaz, Umingan, Pangasinan
Work Setup: Preferably stay-out (stay-in negotiable)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Associate Director for Operations / Farm Management
Role Overview
The Farm Agriculturist is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing pasture, fruit-bearing tree, and vegetable production systems to maximize land productivity.
This role requires hands-on supervision of farm personnel to ensure approved plans, programs, and production calendars are properly executed, yields are optimized, and farm operations run efficiently and on schedule.
