Lead and facilitate seedling production and other related activities and record keeping, etc.

Assist in sowing seeds in the nursery.

Monitor and record activities and ensure traceability of grow out.

Keep records and monitor daily crop care needs including proper and timely irrigation, fertilization and pest and disease management.

Ensures that all farm records and data are properly recorded and turned over to the Admin Officer / Farm Manager as deemed necessary.

Monitor farm supply and equipment inventory records.

Ensures that daily farm schedules are followed and practiced.

Ensure full adherence to Organic Farming standards.

Report incidents to the farm manager.
