Role Summary
The Farm Consultant is a technical expert responsible for diagnosing the biological and operational challenges of traditional and current farms and designing the transition to modern, high-tech greenhouse systems. You will combine deep agronomic knowledge with digital tools (IoT/Sensors) to provide farmers with data-driven roadmaps that increase yield, reduce resource waste, and ensure the successful adoption of Agritecture solutions. You will plan and develop the biological strategy, which is able to look at the existing or current farms and see exactly where the science is failing and where technology can fix it.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Assessment & Diagnosis
- Baseline Audits: Conduct comprehensive agronomic assessments of existing highland farms, analysing soil health, water quality, nutrient management, and crop health.
