Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor poultry and livestock activities, including feeding, and health management.
• Ensure farm operations comply with biosecurity, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage farm workers and ensure adherence to work schedules and SOPs.
• Monitor animal growth performance, feed utilization, and overall farm productivity.
• Assist in planning, budgeting, and reporting farm performance to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, and contractors for farm-related needs.

Requirements

• Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in poultry or livestock management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel as needed.
• Passionate about sustainable and efficient farm management.
• Willing to work at Papar area.
