Your role will be pivotal as you help farmers address their operational challenges on the platform. You'll handle customer inquiries through live chat and email while working closely with various teams to resolve technical issues. This position is all about making sure farmers can leverage Local Line for better efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries from farmers
• Manage and prioritize support tickets
