Farm Manager - East Riding of Yorkshire

Location: Ottringham, East Riding of Yorkshire
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend working

About the Role

Cranswick Farming is seeking an experienced and motivated Farm Manager to lead a large 10,000-place indoor wean-to-finish pig unit.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader with a strong understanding of pig production, people management, animal welfare, and operational performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high standards across the unit, ensuring welfare, productivity, biosecurity, and team development remain at the forefront of operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop all employees working on the farm.


• Take overall responsibility for the health and welfare of livestock, including feeding, moving, treating, vaccinating, and handling pigs.
