Farm Manager

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Employee Management: Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations,

scheduling of shifts and days off, and implementation of disciplinary measures when

necessary.

• Farm Operations Oversight: Supervise all farming activities, including livestock and crop

production. Ensure daily tasks are carried out efficiently and in line with farm goals.

• Plantation Management: Monitor and manage crop cycles, planting schedules, irrigation,

pest control, and harvest logistics for various plantations.

• Administrative and File Management: Organize and maintain farm records including

employee files, production reports, procurement, and farm logs for auditing and

operational tracking.

• Resource Allocation: Oversee the use of farm resources, such as machinery, fertilizers,

and manpower to optimize output while managing costs.
