Job Description:

Position: Farm Manager
Location: Kilifi,
Our client is an established dairy farming with over 50 dairy animals in the outskirt of Kilifi. They are looking to hire a qualified and experienced farm manager with diverse knowledge in dairy farming.
Duties and Responsibilities
a) Experience in handling livestock on-farm which comprises various dairy cows breeds

b) Implement strategies for maximum yield, organize farm administration and manage businesses and farm staff.
c) Plan finances and production to maintain farm progress against budget parameters.
d)Maintain and monitor the quality and quantity of yields.
e) Monitor animal health and welfare, including liaising with Government vets.
f) Knowledge of parasites and diseases and understanding how they spread and how to combat them.
g) Apply health and safety standards across the farm.
h)Liaising with the marketing and sale team.
