Farm Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Farm Manager – Site (Dairy & Agriculture) to independently oversee end-to-end dairy and agricultural operations.
Location: Sou Asal Road, Lahore
This is a leadership role requiring strong operational, people management, and sector-specific expertise.
Work Schedule
On-site presence with residential stay, working 5 days a week with 2 weekly off days (excluding Saturday & Sunday)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall dairy and agriculture site operations
Ensure alignment with corporate standards, professional work culture, and compliance
Manage site staff including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Oversee crop planning and cultivation, with strong focus on maize farming
Supervise livestock operations, including feeding schedules, health monitoring, and milking
