Farm Manager

Job Description

A Broiler Farm Manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of a broiler farm, ensuring efficient and profitable production of broiler chickens. This includes overseeing all aspects of the farm, from chick placement to harvest, including managing staff, implementing biosecurity measures, and ensuring optimal flock health and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of broiler management practices, including breeding, nutrition, health and biosecurity
• Familiarity with Philippine Agriculture regulations and industry standards. - Demonstrated experience overseeing the entire broiler production cycle, from hatchery to processing
• Experience in managing a large-scale broiler farm with a substantial number of birds.
• Knowledge of modern farming technologies, such as automated systems, ventilation and climate controls.
