FARM MANAGER

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Proven experience managing commercial crop farming (100 ha) * Strong in administration of farming and finance system. Experience in land preparation, mechanised farming, and workforce coordination Ability to work independently and solve problems on the ground Good planning, record-keeping, and cost awareness Good at working and collaborating in a team Works well with contractors, service providers, local labour, and technical advisors *Cassava experience is an advantage but not essential strong row-crop or field-crop experience will be considered.
