Farm manager

Our client, a well-established wine farm situated on Kromme Rhee Road outside Stellenbosch, is seeking a hands‑on Farm Manager to join their team. This opportunity is suited to a practical and reliable individual with strong vineyard and equipment experience, good people management skills, and the ability to work closely with farm workers and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the wine farm and vineyard activities. Manage and supervise farm workers and related labour activities. Operate and manage harvest machinery and tractors when required. Assist with general mechanical and maintenance tasks on farming equipment. Ensure vineyard spraying and fertiliser programmes are executed correctly using systems such as EPK and VITI/VITA. Monitor productivity, quality, and general farm standards.
