- Ability to prepare feeds and apply all the feed formulas needed.

- Ability to give proper medications to the birds

- Ability to handle customers excellently

- Ability to manage the farm workers

- About to write daily and weekly reports

- Ability to report the farming activities to the director daily

- Ability to ensure that the water at the farm flows smoothly

- Ability to manage the birds to ensure they are safe and doing well

- Ability to increase daily production

- Ability to give the right vitamin, dewormer etc

- Ability to manage the farm workers to ensure that they change the sawdust and keep the pen/poultry house clean

- Excellent in the management of layers and broilers

- Excellent in debeaking of the birds

- Any other duties as may be required
