Join the team at green flourish nursery(M) Sdn Bhd' as a full-time Farm Production Supervisor based in the picturesque Cameron Highlands, Pahang. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring efficient and effective plant production to meet the demands of our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the farm production team to maximize productivity and quality
• Monitor and maintain plant health, growth, and appropriate cultivation techniques
• Implement efficient planting, harvesting, and post-harvest handling processes
• Liaise with the sales and marketing team to ensure production targets are met
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operations
