Farm Technician

1) Follow proper work ethics especially on attendance, proper uniform and teamwork

2) Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to customers

3) Responsible for volume generation thru farm to farm visit

4) Performs farm conversion or penetration thru product promotion

5) Conduct in store selling and merchandising in feed centers

6) Coordinate with assigned Vet in the area for demand creation programs and other technical activities

7) Conduct purok level seminars

8) Coordinate with assigned salesman in the area for trade sales activities

9) Must upgrade regularly the list of farms in the area with complete profile

10) Help the business to continuously scout and solicit for possible clients within the assigned area

11) Awareness to new products, and merchandise promotions & promo programs from time to time

12) Perform such other tasks that may be assigned by your superior from time to time;
