Summary: To manage the end-to-end buying process for LUBNA, ensuring the brand delivers commercially strong, trend-relevant, and customer-focused collections across modest fashion, occasion wear, and lifestyle-driven womenswear.

The role is responsible for product selection, supplier coordination, margin delivery, stock management, and collection performance.

Responsibilities: Brand & Collection Buying Plan and develop seasonal buying strategies for LUBNA.

Curate product ranges aligned with LUBNA’s customer profile, brand DNA, and market trends.

Support collection themes, colour stories, prints, fabric direction, and styling direction.

Ensure the assortment covers key categories such as dresses, sets, baju kurung, modestwear, festive capsules, and commercial everyday pieces.

Sales, Margin & Commercial Performance Own sales, margin, sell-through, markdown, and stock performance for the brand.
