Role Overview

Capella is hiring a full-time Fashion Designer to lead concept development, garment design, and collection execution. This role requires strong creative direction, technical knowledge, and the ability to translate ideas into production-ready designs.

You will work directly with the founder to build seasonal collections, refine silhouettes, and elevate product quality across categories including T-shirts, hoodies, denim, shirts, jackets, and special drops.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complete seasonal and capsule collections
• Develop original graphics, typography placements, and garment concepts
• Create detailed tech packs (measurements, stitching, trims, fabric specs)
