Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original sportswear and activewear designs aligned with the brand's vision, target market, and seasonal themes
• Research and analyze market trends, color forecasts, fabrics, and competitor products
• Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings (CAD)
• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials with a focus on performance, comfort, and durability
• Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and fit
• Prepare detailed tech packs including measurements, construction details, and fabric specifications
• Conduct fitting sessions and make necessary design adjustments
• Ensure designs meet cost targets, production timelines, and quality standards
• Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and sales teams for product alignment
