• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Offering a personalised shopping and styling experience to our Phoebe Philo and DSM clients.
• Delivering the monthly and seasonal sales targets working closely with HQ team to drive sales.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Stay informed on trends and advise customers on stock availability.
• Maintaining a client book of key customers and VIP's specialising in the Phoebe Philo brand.
