Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES 
Supervise and coordinate patient awareness campaigns. 
Support Team Leader for Portugal with coordination and collaboration with local medical and patients’ associations where needed.
Establish new processes and improve upon existing processes related to assigned campaigns and projects support. 
Manage the setup and maintenance of all assigned projects documentation files and records related to the scope of work and SOPs.
Support communication with local key stakeholders
Create and coordinate all information and communications for assigned projects. 
Develop materials related to new project deliverables. 
Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems and project plans with project specific information. 
Prepare, analyze and distribute status, tracking and costs of specific project deliverables. 
Prepare presentation materials for meetings and project summary data.
