Job Responsibilities:

• Guest Service
• Provide warm, courteous and prompt service to all guests. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Have thorough knowledge of the Il Primo menu, including ingredients, preparation methods and wine pairings.
• Ensure that guests' needs and preferences are anticipated and met throughout their dining experience.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and communicate any concerns to the supervisor or manager.
