Job Responsibilities
Guest Service
Provide warm, courteous and prompt service to all guests. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Have thorough knowledge of the Il Primo menu, including ingredients, preparation methods and wine pairings.
Ensure that guests' needs and preferences are anticipated and met throughout their dining experience.
Handle guest feedback professionally and communicate any concerns to the supervisor or manager.
Operational Responsibilities
Prepare tables and service areas before each shift according to restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene in all dining and service areas.
Follow proper procedures for order taking, billing and cash handling through the POS system.
