F&B Cashier

Job Description:

The F&B Cashier is responsible for handling customer payments accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role ensures smooth transaction processing, proper cash handling, and accurate sales reporting in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments accurately (cash, card, e-wallet)
• Issue official receipts and record daily sales transactions properly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
• Assist customers with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare daily sales reports and properly turnover cash collections

Qualifications:
With experience as a Cashier in a restaurant, café, or hotel is preferred
Knowledgeable in POS systems and basic cash handling procedures
Honest, detail-oriented, and well-organized
With good communication and customer service skills
