Job Description

                    Responsible for all outlet promotions in terms of co-ordination with outlets and other departments, planning of promotions, implementation and preparation of promotions. 
To prepare promotion reports by the end of the month. 
To be present at all in-house and outlet functions. Liaison with Chef on all promotion photo shoots and promotion menus, liaison with Marcom on the advertising of outlet promotions. 
To fill in for the Food & Beverage Secretary or Catering Co-ordination's duties in absence of either. 
To prepare the year to year promotions calendar by attending meetings with the Food & Beverage Manager. 
To prepare outlet promotion analysis, market observation reports and feasibility studies of promotion by other properties. 
To participate in all in-house events i.e. Christmas, New Year, Secretaries Week. 
To ensure all promotion collateral's are ready in time and meet the standard.
