Job Description

                    Key Responsibilities Deliver warm, attentive, and polished service—every time. 
Guide and support junior teammates while leading by example. 
Master the menu and recommend confidently (signature dishes, wine pairings). 
Ensure every order is perfect, every guest satisfied, every shift runs smoothly. 
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism. 
Help with opening/closing duties and keep the restaurant looking flawless all day. 
Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of service experience in a luxury resort, club, or fine‑dining restaurant. 
Exceptional attention to detail and a heart for hospitality. 
Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and allergens. 
Calm and composed under pressure—even during the busiest services. 
Team spirit, positive attitude, and a readiness to go the extra mile.
