At InterContinental Sapporo, we are looking for a passionate and service-driven **Food & Beverage Guest Service Agent** to deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding customer-focused service under the direction of the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor, in alignment with IHG’s policies and procedures as well as local hotel guidelines. You will work in one of the following outlets within the hotel: All Day Dining Restaurant, Signature Kappo Restaurant, Lobby Lounge or Club Lounge.
