F&B Manager — Guest Experience & Operations Lead

DUTIESOF AN F&B MANAGER As an
F& B Manager, you manage Scandic Helsinki Airport’s restaurant and conference operations in a result-responsible manner. You are responsible for coaching your staff, the quality of customer service and implementing Scandic’s F&B concepts. You act as the supervisor of the hall staff and kitchen manager and are part of the hotel’s management team. Your immediate supervisor is the hotel manager.

As a supervisor, you are actively involved in customer service. Your success is measured by your department’s financial performance, concept implementation rate, customer satisfaction and staff satisfaction.
