Collaborate with other departments to organize and execute conferences and events
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences, increase revenue, optimize operations
Leverage social media to promote F&B offerings and engage with guests
Stay updated on industry trends and local culinary preferences to keep our offerings fresh and appealing
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
 

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a hotel setting
