Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive F&B experience in a 5-star luxury resort or international luxury hotel, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record managing multiple dining outlets in a luxury environment (fine dining, all-day dining, bars, in-room dining, events)
• Strong expertise in luxury service standards, guest experience, and personalized service
• Solid background in financial management including budgeting, P&L, food costing, inventory control, and revenue optimization
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and operational discipline
