What Will You Do?
Responsibilities
As the Food & Beverage Manager at Tune KLIA, you will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will be hands-on, actively involved in daily operations, and responsible for leading a high-performing F&B team in a fast-paced airport hotel environment. Your main responsibilities include:
Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring they are delivered within budget and in line with the hotel's service standards
Maintain excellent levels of service for both internal and external guests
Develop innovative and appealing menus, manage purchasing, and continuously improve offerings
Proactively identify guest needs and address feedback in a timely and professional manner
Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B team through recruitment, training, performance management, and coaching
