F&B Manager / Supervisor

We are looking for an assistant F&B Manager / Supervisor.     Are you working in the hospitality industry in Dublin, living in Kildare, Carlow, West Wicklow or South Dublin. Sick of the N7 and M50. We are located just outside the village of Dunlavin about 10km from Jct 3 on the M9. So if you are tied of the long commute Rathsallagh is an ideal choice. The business here is 90% event driven, it's a 5 day week high season March to September then 3 to 4 days after that, but you can more than make up hours even ion low season. We close for Christmas 23^rd to 27^th inclusive in 2024 ) .

This position would suite a candidate that wants to work in a stress free environment, with regular hours and a foreknowledge of catering requirements such that rosters can be planned months in advance.
